All content on this site is owned by The Love Trumpet or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. This includes the written text, articles and Insights, the descriptions of our programs and methods, photographs, graphics, video, audio, the page layout and design, and the site’s code.

If you would like to use our content in a way these terms do not allow, such as in a course, publication, video or website, please ask first. We read every request, and we are glad to say yes when the use honours the work.
Sessions and events are booked through the site. The time, format and price are shown when you book. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your full card details. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as you can.
Gifts made through Sponsor Healing and Make a Gift are voluntary and support the mission. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, donations are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt and are not refundable, except where the law requires.
Information you send through our forms is used to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for. Please avoid sending private health details through website forms. If you share a testimonial or story, you are confirming it is yours to share and that we may display it on the site with your permission.
This site links to, and embeds content from, other services such as YouTube, Spotify, Stripe and social media platforms. These are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content, practices or terms.
If you see our content used elsewhere without permission, or believe something on this site infringes your rights, please write to us with the web address of the page, a short description of the concern, and your contact details. We review every notice promptly.
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Love Trumpet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from using the site.
